It's funny - I originally came to you looking for a "quick fix" - not really sure what to expect but happy for any help I could in "finding my way".
But what I got was much more.
You have taught me a way of finding out the solution for myself - to face the inner me,to deal with the bad bits, rationalise the irrational bits (if that makes sense) and to realise the true power of my strengths - a far more powerful thing to hold than a quick fix - (harder, but more rewarding) and it is constantly evolving.

On the Projects front, things are really moving.

The anxiety attack I had was quite alarming - but it was a major step forward - I wouldn't normally dare to start the paperwork - I have a big blind spot for it.
I've made big inroads into finishing Projects.
I've just sold one of my motorbikes - the Honda VFR (I'm waiting for the remaining balance while I write this).
I've put my boat up for sale on Ebay, and Bidding is underway.
I've cleared half of the junk in my attic.
And I've started back on the Landrover - did 8 hours on it yesterday - will pop over and continue the work after the VFR has gone.
It's funny how, by visualising success, and projecting that vision, the projects just seem to happen (the sale of the bike etc,.)

The love awareness CD quickly became my favourite because when I first listened to it while going to bed one night.
I woke up the next morning with a huge beaming smile.

When I first came to you and you introduced me to Duncan Mc Coll's self hypnosis CD's I had no idea just how immensely powerful they would prove to be.
As you know I have an EFT practice and work with people from all walks of life, private individuals as well as business people and animals too.
I first experienced the awesome results when I experimented with myself.
I have had an eye-problem I was born with and have tried all sorts of things over the years to improve my gradually worsening eyesight.
I decided not to go the route of ever stronger glasses as I believe that only makes the eyes worse. EFT produced some improvement, but it was not until I used the self hypnosis eye CD when I saw measurable results in a surprisingly quick time.
Admittedly I was a bit doubtful but the effect within 24 hours was notable. I could see colour clearer and gradually over two weeks or so started to see more detail in paintings and my surroundings in general.
I have used some of the CD's on my clients in conjunction with EFT therapy and the results have been very impressive here too.
The CD's certainly seem to speed up the healing process making clients face issues in a more direct way then they would before. This in itself seems to promote the willingness to get issues resolved as awareness increases.
I have also used the CDs on animals and that to my great surprise is also yielding positive results.
I mainly work on dogs and they like the Stress CD, calming them down as soon as the CD goes on and also the eye CD has some results too.
The latter of course is somewhat more difficult to judge and I am judging by the clarity of the eyes which appears to be improving. This to me means that a lot of toxins stored in the eyes are being moved and that has to be a good thing.
I have used other Hypnosis tapes before but have to say that Duncan Mc Coll's are by far the best I have used and I am using them now exclusively with my clients.

I bought the cd's on alcohol abuse along with stress relief, to help me with the tendency of drinking too much alcohol in one session. As I have got older the hangovers inevitably get worse as well as health implications.
I don't need to drink alcohol every day by any stretch but when I do I get 'the taste' and often end up drinking far more than is good for me.
The cd's have proven to be valuable tools in helping me to drink fewer and further between and if i do drink I'm far more in control of the measures.

I have been "listening" to your inaudible whisper subliminal. What greater trust is there than that?

To a degree, the fear is justified. In my own experience, I still have a high regard for mind-master Barrie Konicov, whose tapes helped me to shed thirty years of scoliosis and four years of spinal cancer. Perhaps the enlightening message I received from a five-year-old girl in a Sheffield school can dispel the self-limiting negative conditioning.

I thanked them, in turn, for their cards by sending them one large one in which I had featured all their names as anagrams: LEKY for Kyle, AMOTHS for Thomas, etc., saying that I had dropped the alphabet.
