How I came to own a Smart Car
I drive a smart car, now to some people this may seam strange. I trust not you.
When people look at a smart, what do they see?
Some see a silly little car, others a magnificent display of creativity and imagination.
I first saw a smart in Basil Switzerland about 6-7 years ago. In a shop window, so my wife ( at that time) and I went in to look, I fell in love .
So tiny and cute and ..O.. and wonderful to be honest I did not care if she only did 50 mph.
I must own one. I want one.
At that time I owned a Jaguar 5.3 V12 and a Mitsubishi Shogun. ( 1 wife, 3 kids in private school, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 2 ferrets and 1/3rd of an acre of land with lots of trees so I needed a big car)
But as so happened in those days reality set in. God forbid.
(since then I have learnt to manipulate reality).
So I decided to use what I am very good at Hypnosis.
So I asked of my self.
What must I do to get a smart? Your brain is biologically programmed to give you answers to questions. so they came.
Get rid of the two cars.
Find reasons to help the environment a smart does about 50 miles to the gallon.
Encourage your wife to appreciate a fast fun economical car that will turn heads.
Ok.
No darling, how will you get it serviced in the uk, no one here sells them. Bugger.
She was right , in many things she was and still is.
OK.......OK...... What must I do to get a smart despite the current situation.
Wate....and believe. So life went on.
Then in 2000 I was siting by my koi pond and thinking about the smart car.
How do I get one?...... The message came through. Take Caro for a meal.
So we went out for a meal at our favourite restaurant Thespians in Stratford on Avon, and as I drove the Jag I reminded Caro about the smart car.
Look darling....when some one sells them in the UK you can have one. OK.
Well I drove and pulled into a side street to park........Look darling a smart car.
So I pulled in behind..... There was a sign in the back....Buy this car....UK importer in Warwickshire.
Now my lovely lady never believed that I had not planed the whole thing. (Honest).
However she had promised....I rang the next day.......drove her that day....next day I owned a smart.
THE UNIVERSE WILL BRING YOU WHAT EVER YOU DESIRE.

So what happened to the two cars we owned, well believe it or not we attempted to give them to friends, who said they all ways wanted to own such cars.
When there dreams were offered to them ...like so many they refused. So we sold the cars.
