We talked for an hour and I explained to him how his brain worked, explained some very simple techniques of NLP and how he had done what he had. Something all hypnotists really should do, make their clients aware of how they caused there problem in the first place. I do this at your consultation. You will learn something about how you have been using your brain to cause your own problems.

Did he pay me for a session to stop smoking? No.
Did he pay for a consultation? Yes.
When I had explained that he could fire up very easily what the other hypnotist had done and taught him a few simple things, he had the confidence to do it himself. After all there is only self hypnosis.
