Usually these days on a self hypnosis tape or cd a subliminal recording will be included to increase the effectiveness of that product. Sort of “belt and braces at work”

A subliminal is something that is "below the threshold of consciousness". So you not consciously aware of the beneficial suggestions, of course your conscious mind knows they are playing as you turned the machine on.

So one of the most powerful tools of healing has been set in motion “Intent”.

Your subconscious mind or basic self, is aware of the suggestions that are being played. Having a far greater awareness than your conscious mind. It has been suggested that your conscious mind makes up about 18% of your mental side, the remaining 82% is subconscious. So it makes a great deal of sense to get your subconscious on your side.

The scientific verdict is still out on subliminals, as on many things that are later proven to be correct, however having used them with most of my clients over the last 14 years I am aware of there effectiveness on those clients who used them.

On a self hypnosis cd or tape, subliminals are used for positive and beneficial purposes. Suggestions are included which are below the audible level of your conscious mind however they are received by your subconscious mind. Your control leavels of mind. and if they are beneficial to you. They are acted upon.
